The sports world never ceases to disappoint and today, we'll turn our attention to NHL star agitator, Sean Avery, who struck a gong for jilted boyfriends everywhere when he went on air to disparage ex Elisha Cuthbert, Calgary Flames star(above), Jerome Ingila (her new boyfriend), and Canada all in one fail swoop. And not just any fellow hockey player, but a Black hockey player! Nice work Sean! Jealous, racist, and stupid, all at once. Tic Tac Toe, winner, winner, chicken dinner and so on.
If that was some attempt to win her back, we can safely assume it will fail, because as they say, "Once you go Black.........."
Oakland +9 at San Diego
Over/Under 41.5
It's black all the way around tonight as the Oakland Raiders visit the disappointing San Diego Chargers--the early second seed to win the SuperBowl at 8 to 1.
The Raiders are a tricky team to gamble on. They went to Denver and beat the hell out of the Broncos two weeks ago and they have covered the under 8 Straight Times! Their pass defense is 7th in the league, their run defense as porous as can be.
On the Chargers side, this game is pretty much the end. If they lose, they have no chance of catching the Broncos and making the playoffs. Their formerly stalwart "D" is ranked 30th in the NFL. But they are 4-2 at home with losses only to Carolina (should have won) and Indianapolis (ditto).
We don't like the number of points out on this one, but we are pretty attracted by a low, low under.
Play the over, and if you must play the spread--take the Chargers.
The Top is spinning with excitment over this weekend's football action. Fantasy playoffs start, there is a full rack of NFL, English premiereship and one very special college game. We'll preview the Florida/Bama match-up tomorrow. Until then,
Happy Hunting and
Go Stuff!
